The tenth WEGEMT School has been devoted to the important subject of the design and construction of the special vessels collectively known as High Speed Craft, which include patrol boats, motor yachts, surface effect vessels, airfoil craft, &tc. In planning the School Syllabus it was moreover decide to include Pleasure Craft, both wind and power-driven, on the ground that many Shipyards often build more than one of these types of craft.
